Orders process within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, we will pack and ship immediately and have your order on the way to you as quickly as possible, usually between 7-10 business days. 

In the first few weeks of our business, we were not stocked enough to handle the demand of our products. Today we are now. We have a Lushlity team who trades off shipping orders 24/7 hours each business day to make sure that your order is shipped out literally AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened.

Please do not panic and remain calm during situations with your orders. We have a support team on standby answer emails and moderating our Instagram comments.

International orders may take anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on which country you live in and customs. Please double check with us or your customs agency before ordering if you think you may run into problems. We can't answer all shipping related questions but we can direct you to the right authorities who can!

Most of our customers receive their order within a week from purchase, however quality and socially conscious production takes time, so we ask you please be patient with us as you wait for your custom eyewear.

We will not refund orders once they are in-transit. If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your sunglasses. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service and on the way to the shipping address, you must wait until it is delivered, then email us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.


An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please contact us by email.
